The energy from the caffeine and honey combination is great. Alert, but in a calm way, no jitters of ADHD-y-ness, easy focus. Maybe the key to getting al the good parts of caffeine is having it with real food…
I was slightly surprised at first taste of the salty honey, but i’ve come to like it! the honey is delicious and high quality. the salt helps me stay hydrated too.
I’ve also been enjoying Pungao for lots of different things — yoga sculpt workouts, ski touring, morning or mid day snack at work. finding a log of versatility!
