Greatest pre-workout in the history of pre-workouts. Throw in oatmeal, on a banana, suck it straight from the pack and go get your pump. When the natural caffeine and sugar hit the back of your eyeballs start to vibrate and it’s on.
This stuff definitely works to get you going and beyond. Ive been adding a packet of this into my banana, almond butter, almond milk, plain greek yougurt, chia seed smoothies. Definitely a level up.
I’ve just started using the Pungao vital nectar for my weight training. So far it’s been very good, clean sustaining energy. I’ve only used it for 3 days so I’m still getting used to the idea.
I use Pungao first thing in the morning right after I wake up and have a glass of room temperature water. I waited until about a month of use to really understand the benefits and effects on my mind and bday. Before thisI used to take a spoonful of Monuka honey after my water. I like this product because it has other healthy ingredients as well.
