Love it. Works as intended. I’m new to long distance running. PR’d at 6.1miles at mile 3 I took a pack and it immediately brought my legs back to life. Don’t know man but it worked for me! So I would recommend.

I’ve never been a caffeine drinker, i’ve never been able to because it would cause me to be anxious. But when I mix this Pungao in my daily berry and banana protein shake it’s delicious and it works! Gives me a boost of energy that last for about six hours.
