Fantastic product
Rarely leave reviews … first the product tastes incredible . I workout with trainer 5 days a week at 9 am in fasted state . I gave this product a try … astounded by the energy , and workout results . Noticeable difference when I don’t take it … I’m not a coffee drinker , so I was a bit worried about caffeine spike … zero issues , jitters … it’s a must try product . I currently only take perfect amino prior to workout . That’s it . I do drink electrolytes w water during . I think pungao is game changer . Btw I’m 62

great balance of good pure carbs from raw honey and not too high in caffeine and other ingredients that are hard to pronounce and not natural. Works very well as a pre workout
